What font type is used for titles?

The font type used for titles is Times New Roman. It is large and bold to attract the attention of the audience.

How do we see the font?

We see the font positioned at the centre of the screen.

What happens behind the font- what do we see, who are we introduced to. what sound do we hear?

Behind the font there is the cot of a missing baby which may be signalling Batman's next mission. We hear diegetic sounds of bats to add suspense to the title, throughout the whole title we are following the tracks of this missing cot which makes it more tense as the audience are unaware at what is going to happen next. We continuously hear heightening sounds of violins as non-diegetic sound which makes the viewers' feel excited and on edge. We then see the bats come out at once and hear sounds of them screaming, this adds tension to the title. We are shown the surroundings of the cot to add apprehension as there is uncertainty in the setting as the viewers' are unaware at what is going to happen next.

What do you like about this sequence, why did you pick it?

I chose this sequence because it is exciting and suspenseful and it is unclear what is going to happen next leaving us on edge.
